How RentCue handles visitor and waitlist data.

RentCue collects the information you submit through the waitlist or contact forms, including your name, email address, unit count, and any notes you provide. That information is used only to respond to you, prioritize early access, and improve the product roadmap.

The site uses analytics only after you accept the cookie banner. When enabled, analytics records page views, CTA clicks, scroll depth, outbound links, and waitlist conversion events. UTM parameters are stored locally in your browser so attribution survives navigation and form submission.

RentCue does not sell personal information. Data is shared only with the infrastructure providers needed to host the site and collect basic product analytics.

You can request deletion of your waitlist submission by using the contact page. If the product evolves to include billing or tenant data workflows, this policy will be expanded before those features launch.
